Semi Finals this thursday

Yeah we made it to the next round, with a less than stellar performance. We changed some stuff last minute and that kinda messed us up, since we never tried it before. We have a few days to get ourselves together. Semis is a tough ass round. We got eliminated there last year. We cannot afford to put forth an okay performance and we need all the support we can get. Pictures will be put up tonight

Here are the judge's (there are 3 judges per round)comments:
Round 1:

1. Well done,great moves,well constructed number/very entertaining


2. EXCELLENT! What a great idea! All 3 of you are well matched and very strong to be able to hold those positions. Totally super


3. excellent moves - very entertaining; very good choreographic timing; could play to audience a bit more; fairly clean; overall excellent

Round 2:

1. A Great routine but not in the vocal category- dancing was excellent, vocals non existent, a terrific variety act


2. Sloppy ending - BUT- what a fantastic act - you are so talented - Wonderful


3. WOW! This number has everything : Hip Hop/ Break/Human Beatbox - Love It!; I could watch you all night - you're all great at your art and clever and entertaining to boot - Great piece boys - thank you

Yeah no one came to CNE, not even our own boys. Thanks for that crap. The next round goes this Sunday, the 25th, the same day as the urban stuff. This time, we actually do have extra tickets.

Round 1...fight

We are performing in a few hours. I think I'm just going to walk to the EX from my work. I don't know how many people are going there to support us. I didn't call many people. We'll see.

I saw Grace today on the subway. She's 15 weeks pregnant. Congradulations to her and Mark. You want to hear some strange coincidence? There have been a few girls (just friends) who I've talked to a lot, hung out with a lot and then we eventually drifted apart, then they were mothers not too much later. Is this common? I guess not because the rate of young pregnant filipinos is the highest in the country. Anyways, see you at CNE.
