the roots
Wondering what's going on with the web cams? I rebuilt my machine and have not configured the server. Lazy _PERIOD_ or not enough time.
Vince came back. He looks good. All star game i 2 weeks.
My two computers at work are driving me nuts. Crash Crash crash. aaaahhhh

ok
So I promised an update on superskillz. I will also have some highlight footage here by the weekend if that's ok with you.
Superskills went ok. I've never screwed up more in a show than at this one. If this were a competition, I would incredibly pissed off. But it's not. so blablah.
The crowd exploded at the right times, and they were loud and appreciated us. The crowd was not like CNE, it was more live and into us.
Dy, Mark Sayson, and val came to support. Karla Nakpil, and Bernadette Mesina were there to peep the scene. Spittz and Kuaz suprised us there.
How were the other acts? ok. The one standout performance was the 12 minute strip tease. Glen got to see one of them naked backstage (of course he was pretending to be sleeping ).
It was an overall good experience. We would have liked to performed better, but whatever. VYBE was dope, Geoff held down the marathon. New videos on the site are to be posted SOON.

oh yeah superskillz
Opera House
Saturday January 25th 2003
Doors open at 7pm
Show starts at 8pm
You can get tickets at York or Ryerson filipino student associations. So most likely, you'll be getting tickets at the door.
When you get there, and sit down and look at the program. You won't see 5th Element on it. That's because we are such late additions, we will be under "Vybe". We are performing with one bad ass dancer/instructor, Terry Go. Actually, 5th Element will have it's own portion, then Geoff will join Terry and her group for the rest of it.
It should be an entertaining show. Geoff is running a 6 minute and 12 second marathon. It's worth the watch
The answer is...
I think it's Chris Pillegi. He's a not-good-lookin dyed hair not-too-tall italian kid who hangs out with John Vincent (not John Paul). I'm so sure this is it that I'm bothering to post it.

What I did after my birthday
We went to dinner at Oriental Cuisine. It was me, Jeff, Kenny, Ray and Dy, and special guest Michael Bustos.
Ray got me a card with a DJ dog addressed to "Nephew". Kenny gave me a card with a Dinosaur addressed to "Grandson". Lolz, what's up with that? Ray also got me a cool watch. Thanks Ray. And it was cool getting to see Dy again.
Bustos saw someone from our graduating class recently but he couldn't remember the name. We're still trying to figure out who this is because Kenny can't sleep until we figure it out.
Stay tuned for the answer

What I did on my bday
I have the worst hangover today. Too many drinks and drugs. The toilet is not my friend, he does not like me anymore. And my arm is still sore from my new tattoo.
If only all of that was true
I didn't want to do much on my birthday, and that's what I did. You find out a lot about the people around you during your birthday. You should not, however, make a final judgement on people if they contact you or not. When people can remember and call/contact me on my birthday, it means a lot. It still means something though if they know it's your birthday because of a little balloon beside your name in ICQ.
- Ray is my favourite Crusty Catholic roommate, Dave and Joe are my favourite Dirty Protestant roommates
- I'm so glad Kevin found a job. Glad he didn't get sent off to Oshawa too.
- Rich is far away on the other side of the world.
- Thanks Kenny for bringing me out to play hockey with you guys. I was awfully sore the day after.
- Dan and Terry are the nucleus of Nuclear Night. Let's hope the atom doesn't get split.
- Terry's guitar has a mind of its own.
- Jeff is my bro no matter how much we don't chill.
- Derek is my newest best buddy. Good luck on your driving test.
- Mikey Bustos rose from the dead. Thanks for clearing up the misunderstandings.
- Max and Jessica are tops in the "best matched couple of the century" list
- Nicole is the token campus female figure who helps keep me sane.
- Daniel is the best host for my Waterloo visits.
- Thanks mom and dad, I owe you my life
- ...
So yeah....22 now...how bout that? What happened to the "roaring 20's" that I was promised? Still waiting...

Watching smallville now
I found out today how to change the theme of my blackberry. The colour makes it look so good
We have some performances coming up
I like working at RIM. It's cool
It's been four years and seven months that Dy and I have been together. Congradulations to us!

What I'm talking about
In toronto now
All my email gets forwarded to my blackberry. So contacting me is very convenient and easy. After Dy picked me up, we picked up the Game of Life and some Timothy's Mint Hot Chocolate. MMMMmm. I got a tin of that.
I also picked up my ticket to the roots concert. Yah. Had practice last night. We are making up a pretty nice show. We are using a few little elements from our past shows. It's tough, but definitely entertaining.
Most of you have not seen our last show. I'm working on it now and it's turning out well. Thanks to Jovy Jovellanos from Import Flavour for the footage.
What the heck is lawrence talking about below?

Cutie
See you soon!
Love, dy
1st Day on the job
It was my first day of work. Lots of orientation (like basic and general stuff), better lots than none. I need a bit more technical training. For those of you who don't know, I'm working at Research In Motion, they make the blackberry
I can't tell you much about my job except that it's in software development for the Firmware department. My manager is a cool guy and a Waterloo alumni. It looks like it will be a nice and challenging work term.
Below are some other pictures I added today also:

back in the 'loo
So I moved back into the same place where I lived in the fall. I rearranged the place a bit to optimize my work space. My dad and I were cleaning and organizing for about four hours.
Here are a few of my New Year's Resolutions. So if you see me stray, discipline me by slapping yourself in the face.
- Floss everyday
- No swearing
- Be less selfish
- Get in the best shape of my life
- Be a better Christian
- Savour the moment, don't think/say "I can't wait till..."
- Sleep before 12AM as much as possible (I haven't done that in years)
That's my list I can release to the public. Hope you all keep yours. Lithium.

Bye ray rah!
Love You, A&F, dy
