Re: Justice League
Yo...Justice league isn't over. They just changed the name. It's now called justicle league unlimited. The difference is that it has a ton of other characters. The premier was yesterday. I downloaded it last night. It was OK. It's very different, so we'll see how it goes.
Did I see kristin kreuk in Vancouver? Good thing you reminded me. I forgot to tell everyone that I did. Eversince I've gotten the ability to fly, I've been doing a lot of crazy things. When Dy was knocked out at the Four Seasons, I went out and got a bird's eye view of Vancouver. I happened to fly by Kristin Kreuk's penthouse suite. Don't believe me?

bye roommate
My roommate, Chris, is moving out of Seattle today. I'm sad to see him go. He's been a really good roommate. Here's a little background on him. He's a Computer Science major entering his senior year at the University of Michigan. He has a close ear to the underground hip hop scene. He's a great communicator and very respectful.
He also hosts the University of Michigan big football bash every year. This party attracts thousands of people including the media. He really likes Seattle and he will be returning next summer.
We had tons of fun and adventures. I'll miss ya dude!

on the third day...
my site rose again...
I was suprised as everyone else to find my site totally gone. Wednesday morning, I was going to upload some pictures and everything was gone....like everything.
This was either a mistake by my web host or someone has a secret grudge against me.
Nevertheless, thanks to my web host, ipowerweb, for rescuing my site. I'm assuming it was them...

Summer Term almost over
In one day I concluded three courses:
We had our Marked Impromptu's today for SPCOM 223. It was fun. You're right, Ray, it was a good course.
We had our exam bumped up for Law, so that's done.
And the demo for our Fourth Year Design Project is checked off. We still gotta finish up the Experience Report but that's nearly finished too.
My exams next week are back to back, three days in a row and then that's it. I'll have almost all of August free.

I knew Leah from back, back, back in the day. She's one of Dy's good friends and she hooked us up with Four Seasons.

vancouver
Like Jessevecks, I was in Canada recently. Dy and I were there two weeks ago (man time flies). We got hooked up and we stayed in the four seasons. Thanks to Leah and Erica for the hook up...
Better than my bathroom in Seattle...the tub drains properly!
The mini bar: too cheap to use it. Instead, just use the fridge for our own stuff.
Dy's in the chair in front of the window that looks over downtown vancouver.
The bedroom. When we got there, we were both massively cranky and hungry so we knocked out for a few hours...see pictures below.
Wow..the timer on my camera works! These are one of the few pictures of Dy and I together despite the fact we each have a digi.
Dy likes this picture. It looks like a cheesy ad for Dentyne ice or something.
Officially knocked out. Too bad I didn't take a picture with the chair on top of that pillow stack.
Rise and shine! Let's check out the city

Nutin chillin at the four seasons. That doesn't fit in with the song.
Blink. It's night time!
Never a weekend without fireworks. There was a wedding in this convention center and they had the idea of having fireworks outside and inside the convention center!

This is where we were. The Canada Place.
As we were leaving, Dy thought she heard Avril Lavigne singing. To our suprise, it was some Chinese chick directing traffic from the wedding to the busses. You had to be there.
Our next stop: Gastown. What weird name. This is a historic place.
The skinniest building in Canada or something.
Our next stop: Capilano bridge. This is one of Vancouver's most popular tourist sites. It hosts a massive suspension bridge with feats of Engineering even Knaked Knight would appreciate.
Here's the sucker. It wobbles a lot when you first get on there. The employees will yell over a P.A system if you are misbehaving. I was misbehaving.

OK it's time to head back to the states and be interrogated at the border...but first gelato! Gelato is awesome ice cream that we had in europe and now here!
