Often times, my stomach growls during class. I'm not really self conscious, but I would rather it not happen.
I found that if you sit up straight in your chair with your lower back touching the back of the chair, you will stop the growl or reduce the noise.
That's just FYI.
I just performed for the cultural caravan. It went ok. A little bit of madness, but it's ok.
