but 2 minutes after I wrote that post, I went outside to walk home. The wind carried my scarf from my neck and brought it 100 meters in the direction opposite to where I was going.
That's a really minor thing, but it does not make things better.
I suppose I'm lucky that my scarf wasn't plowed away by the snow plow that it landed beside.
I've stepped in a lot of life's potholes. What I've learned from all of those sprained ankles is that there's always an opportunity to find another path in life that's better than the one you were on.
I don't mean to complain to you. A lot of the things I post here, I should keep to myself.
